Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about buying and selling on the platform.

For Buyers
What is this marketplace?
We are a dedicated hardware marketplace built strictly by tech pros, for tech buyers. Instead of wading through millions of unrelated listings, clothes, and household clutter on traditional auction sites, you’ll find refurbished laptops, desktops, and specific components sourced directly from vetted IT professionals. I can’t find a specific part. What do I do?
Use our Part Request board! If you are hunting for a specific motherboard, a bulk order of SSDs, or a rare cable, just submit a request. Our entire network of registered technicians will see it, and if someone has it in their stockroom, they can fulfill your request directly. Are the sellers trustworthy?
Yes. Unlike other platforms where anyone can create an anonymous account and sell instantly, every vendor on our platform must apply and pass a manual approval process by our admin team. We ensure they are legitimate IT professionals or businesses before their stock ever hits the store.

For Tech Vendors
How much does it cost to sell here?
Stop giving traditional auction sites 12% of your hard work. We charge a flat, transparent 6.5% commission on your sales. There are zero listing fees, zero fixed per-item fees, and we cover the card processing transaction fees out of our cut. You keep the rest. How do I get paid?
Payments are handled securely via Stripe. When a buyer purchases your item, the funds are routed through our platform, our 6.5% fee is automatically deducted, and the remainder is credited directly to your vendor dashboard for withdrawal. How do I start listing my stock?
Click on “Become a Vendor” in the main menu to select your membership tier and fill out the registration form. Because we manually vet all our sellers to maintain high quality, your account will be placed in a pending status. Once approved by our team, your Vendor Dashboard will unlock and you can start uploading products immediately. Can I respond to buyer part requests?
Absolutely. Keep an eye on the Part Request board. If a buyer needs a component you have sitting on a shelf, you can reply directly to their request with a link to your product listing to secure an instant sale.
